Stainless steel diamond plate (English Name: stainless steel diamond plate) is embossed on the stainless steel plate by mechanical equipment, so that the plate surface has concave and convex patterns. In the early 1960s, large-scale rolling mills in Europe began small-scale production, and then stainless steel checkered plates were adopted in many industries because of their excellent corrosion resistance and skid resistance. The pattern pattern of the earliest stainless steel pattern plate was staggered horizontal and vertical stripes. Both Shanxi TISCO and Shanghai Baosteel Group were producing it. In the following 20-30 years, researchers designed patterns with better anti-skid properties through continuous experiments and improvements, and they also produced, promoted and applied them on a large scale. In recent years, the use of stainless steel checkered plates has also been constantly innovated, broken through and changed, the applicable industries and product models have also been increasing, and the speed of product updating has also been more frequent.
Stainless steel checkered plates are divided into two categories:
One is rolled by a rolling mill when the steel plant produces stainless steel. The main thickness of this kind of products is about 3-6mm. It is in the state of hot rolling, hot rolling and acid pickling. The process is as follows:
Stainless steel billet → hot continuous rolling mill rolling black coil → hot annealing and pickling line → temper mill, tension straightener, polishing line → cross cutting → hot rolling stainless steel checkered plate
One side of this pattern plate is flat and the other side is patterned. This kind of checkered plate is often used in chemical industry, railway vehicles, platforms and other occasions requiring strength. Such products are mainly imported, generally from Japan and Belgium, and those produced by domestic TISCO and Baosteel belong to this type.
The second type is processing enterprises in the market, which purchase hot-rolled or cold-rolled stainless steel [1] plates from steel mills and pattern plates made by mechanical stamping. These products are concave on one side and convex on the other, and are often used in general civil decoration occasions. There are many cold-rolled products of this kind, and most of 2B / BA cold-rolled stainless steel checkered plates on the market are of this type.
