2. Special structure: the fins of the aluminum alloy finned tube are parallel to the aluminum tube to form a sheet. The molded aluminum row fixes the sheet-like finned tube in parallel to form multiple parallel channels. When the refrigeration system is working, the cold air forms a flue effect in the channel, which accelerates the sinking, convection and cooling speed. When the set temperature is reached, the compressor stops running, saving a lot of electric energy.
3. Low dry consumption of food: hang the aluminum strip on the top of the warehouse to form direct cooling natural convection heat transfer, and minimize the dry consumption of cooled food. The dry consumption of food increases when the compressor is working and decreases when it is stopped. As the cooling speed of the aluminum row is extremely fast, the working time of the compressor is shortened, and the downtime is long, compared with the cold storage made of the traditional cold row, the cold storage made of this aluminum row consumes less dry goods, has better food preservation effect, and has less frost on the aluminum row, so that the humidity in the warehouse is moderate, the temperature is stable, and the constant temperature and humidity are good.
4. Electric heating defrosting function: electric heating wires with long service life, high temperature resistance and high insulation grade are selected. At the same time, water tanks are equipped to eliminate the problem of cold pipe defrosting.
5. High pressure resistance of pipes: aluminum fins and pipes are formed by one-time die-casting. The strength of fins and aluminum pipes is improved mutually, and the pressure resistance of aluminum pipes is also greatly improved. When leaving the factory, they all passed the 2.5MP air tightness inspection. When the 4.5mp pressure life test was conducted, the aluminum pipe was safe and intact.
