Import and export orders are generally based on the specifications required in use, and their steel grades are the corresponding carbon steel grades. That is, there is no specific composition and performance series except the specification number.
The delivery length of stainless steel flat steel is divided into fixed length and double length. The selection range of domestic fixed length is 3-9m and 4-12m according to the specification number. The length selection range of Japanese flat steel is 6-15m.
Import and export
China's imports and exports have certain batches, mainly from Japan and Western Europe. The export destinations are mainly Hong Kong and Macao, Southeast Asia, Latin America and Arab countries. The export production enterprises are mainly steel mills (rolling mills) in Jiangsu, Liaoning, Hebei, Beijing, Shanghai, Tianjin and other provinces and cities.
Appearance quality
The surface quality of stainless steel flat steel is specified in the standard. Generally, it is required that there shall be no harmful defects in use, such as delamination, scabbing, cracks, etc.
The allowable range of geometric deviation is also specified in the standard, which generally includes curvature, side width, side thickness, vertex angle, theoretical weight, etc., and is specified to have significant torsion.
chemical composition
(1) Composition index: the chemical composition of stainless steel flat steel belongs to the rolled steel series for general structure, and the main inspection indexes are C, Mn, P and s. According to different brands, the content varies, and the approximate range is C < 0.08%, Mn: 2.0, P < 0.035%, s < 0.03%.
(2) Inspection method: when detecting the above chemical components, the commonly used standard inspection methods include gb223, jisg1211-1215, bs1837, BS manual 19 ГОСТ 22536, etc.
Specifications and standards
GB / t2101-89 (General Provisions on acceptance, packaging, marking and quality certificate of profile steel); Gb9787-88 / gb9788-88 (hot rolling dimension, shape, weight and allowable deviation); Jisg3192-94 (shape, size, weight and allowable deviation of hot rolled section steel); Din17100-80 (quality standard for ordinary structural steel); ГОСТ 535-88 (technical conditions for ordinary carbon section steel).
According to the provisions of the above standards, the products shall be delivered in bundles, and the binding passes and the length of the same bundle shall meet the requirements. Generally, it is delivered in bare package, and attention shall be paid to moisture protection during transportation and storage.

(1) Inspection method:
① Tensile test method. Common standard inspection methods include GB / t228-87, jisz2201, jisz2241, astma370 ГОСТ 1497, bs18, din50145, etc;
② Bending test method. Common standard inspection methods include GB / t232-88, jisz2204, jisz2248, astme290 ГОСТ 14019, din50111, etc.
(2) Performance indicators: the inspection items for assessing performance mainly include tensile test and bending test. Indicators include yield point, tensile strength, elongation and bending qualification.
