Natural aging of 7075 seamless aluminum pipe is the aging strengthening of 7075 seamless aluminum pipe at room temperature, and the aging time is more than 1 month. Artificial aging of 7075 seamless aluminum pipe refers to the aging strengthening of 7075 seamless aluminum pipe at a temperature higher than room temperature (such as 185 ℃). The commonly used 7075 seamless aluminum tubes have heat treatment states of T1, T4, T5, t651, t7351, t6511 and T6
Add 0-10 Arabic numerals after t to indicate the subdivision state (called TX state) as shown in the following table. The number after t indicates the heat treatment procedure for the product.

T0
After solution heat treatment, it is in the state of natural aging and cold processing. It is applicable to products with improved strength after cold processing.
T1
It is cooled by the high-temperature forming process and then naturally aged to a basically stable state. It is applicable to products cooled by high-temperature forming process without cold processing (straightening and leveling can be carried out, but the mechanical property limit is not affected)
T2
It is cooled by the high-temperature forming process and naturally aged to a basically stable state after cold processing. It is applicable to products cooled by high-temperature forming process, cold processed, straightened and leveled to improve strength.
T3
After the solution heat treatment, cold processing is carried out, and then natural aging is carried out to a basically stable state. It is applicable to products that are cold processed, straightened and leveled to improve strength after solution heat treatment
T4
After the solution heat treatment, the natural aging will reach a basically stable state. It is applicable to products that are not cold processed after solution heat treatment (straightening and leveling can be carried out, but the mechanical property limit is not affected)
T5
It is cooled by the high-temperature forming process and then artificially aged. It is applicable to products cooled by high-temperature forming process and artificially aged without cold processing (straightening and leveling can be carried out without affecting the mechanical property limit)
T6
Artificial aging after solution heat treatment. It is applicable to products that are not cold processed after solution heat treatment (straightening and leveling can be carried out, but the mechanical property limit is not affected)
T7
It is in a state of over aging after solution heat treatment. It is applicable to products whose strength exceeds the highest point on the aging curve during artificial aging in order to obtain some important characteristics after solid solution heat treatment
T8
After solution heat treatment, it is cold processed and then artificially aged. It is suitable for cold working, straightening and leveling to improve the strength of products
T9
Artificial aging after solution heat treatment and then cold working. It is applicable to products with improved strength after cold processing
T10
After being cooled by the high-temperature forming process, it is cold processed and then artificially aged. It is applicable to products that have been cold processed, straightened and leveled to improve strength. Note: some 6xxx series alloys can achieve the same solid solution heat treatment effect, whether they are solid solution heat treated in the furnace or quenched from the high-temperature forming process to retain the soluble components in the solid solution. The T3, T4, T6, T7, T8 and T9 states of these alloys can be treated by either of the above two methods.
